About the Role

Our client based in Melbourne is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities for automation, and rapidly develop prototypes that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and operational workflows.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions using modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and integrations.
• Define and measure outcomes to ensure solutions deliver tangible business value.
• Incorporate compliance and governance considerations into solution design.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to transition successful prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Document processes and technical approaches to support ongoing innovation and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered or agentic solutions.
• Strong technical skills with modern AI tools, APIs, prompt engineering, and system integrations.
• Experience working with customers or stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience with workflow automation and process optimisation.
• Exposure to regulated industries and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices.
