About the Role

Our client based in Melbourne is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities for automation, and rapidly develop prototypes that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and operational workflows.
Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions using modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and integrations.
Define and measure outcomes to ensure solutions deliver tangible business value.
Incorporate compliance and governance considerations into solution design.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to transition successful prototypes into scalable solutions.
Document processes and technical approaches to support ongoing innovation and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered or agentic solutions.
Strong technical skills with modern AI tools, APIs, prompt engineering, and system integrations.
Experience working with customers or stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in an agile environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable

Experience with workflow automation and process optimisation.
Exposure to regulated industries and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices.
