Every plan includes your choice of application method (through AJA or your own ATS) and full access to every AJA applicant — there are no per-candidate fees.

No. When candidates apply through AI Jobs Australia, every applicant's full profile — name, contact details, resume, and screening answers — is included with your Featured Job Ad. You'll see everything in your employer dashboard the moment they apply, with no unlock fees or hidden charges. (If you point the Apply button at your own ATS instead, applications go straight to you and never involve a fee either.)

How long does it take to post a job?

Listings go live within 12-24 hours after review. Create an account, fill in the job details, pay securely via Stripe, and you'll be emailed as soon as your job is live.

Or, on any plan, you can point the Apply button straight at your own ATS or careers page (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), or take applications by email.
