Role Focus:
As the Agentic AI Infrastructure Sales Lead, you are responsible for spearheading the transition of enterprise clients from "GenAI experimentation" to "Agentic Reinvention." The primary focus of your role would be to drive sales for the Google Cloud and AI Infrastructure and related managed services provided by Accenture.
Primary focus of the sales would be on Google Gemini Enterprise, Google cloud, Vertex AI, Agent Development kit, Gemini Code assist and other relevant Google cloud and AI tools. To lead the "Agentic" sales function, shifting clients from legacy cost-saving AI tools to revenue generating and cost-saving Agentic solutions.
Your primary focus would be to position the Google Cloud and AI infrastructure as the most relevant solution for building, deploying, and governing industry specific multi-agent systems relevant to the client's business. Below is a detailed job description tailored to this high-impact role within the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG).
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive "Agentic Infrastructure" Pipeline: Identify and qualify high-impact use cases where Agentic AI can reinvent entire business functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Financial Operations).
- C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CTOs, and CMOs, translating technical infrastructure requirements across (Google Cloud, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, ADK Gemini Enterprise for CX) into a clear product and use-case delivery roadmap to realize business outcomes.
- Complex Deal Orchestration: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for "AI-First" transformations, coordinating between Accenture's various teams, client teams, ecosystem partners and Google Cloud counterparts.
B. Sales & GTM Strategy
- Develop Agentic Reinvention sales plays: Develop and execute industry-specific Agentic Infrastructure sales plays that leverage the Google Cloud and AI solutions to solve specific business challenges and potential gaps for client.
- GTM Strategy and activation: Develop a well rounded Go-to-market strategy for the relevant portfolio of products and services and focus on sales activation with clear targets and time bound milestones.
- Ecosystem Synergy: Collaborate with ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce and other leads to demonstrate how Gemini Enterprise acts as the "Orchestration Layer" across a client's fragmented SaaS ecosystem.
- Prototyping Leadership: Oversee "Discovery Workshops" and "Rapid Prototyping Sprints" where clients see their own data grounded in Gemini to create functional autonomous agents.
RAI & Governance Leadership
- Responsible AI Advocacy: Position Google's SynthID, Safety Filters, and Governance layers such as Model Armor and other relevant AI infrastructure solutions at the heart of all programs of work to ensure adequate, governance, guardrails compliance to applicable industry and regulatory standards.
- Sovereignty & Compliance: Address ANZ-specific data residency requirements, ensuring clients feel secure migration from their existing on-prem or cloud based Data and AI infrastructure solutions.
What you'll be measured on:
- Sales Bookings: Achievement of annual Google Cloud-influenced revenue targets.
- Agentic Maturity: Number of clients moved from "GenAI Pilot" to "Production Agentic Workflows."
- Consumption Growth: Increase in Google Cloud consumption (TPU/GPU utilization) driven by high-reasoning Agentic workloads.
- Lighthouse Wins: Securing 2–3 "First-in-Market" case studies for Agentic AI in the ANZ region.
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Depth
- Deep understanding of the Google Cloud AI Portfolio: Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash, Vector Search, and the Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Familiarity with Agentic Frameworks and how to design multi-agent systems across complex customer and employee focused workflows. A foundational understanding of explainability and observability concepts.
Sales & Leadership
- 10+ Years in Enterprise AI and Cloud/SaaS infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Product-Led Sales Mindset: Ability to move beyond "selling seats" to selling "business capabilities" enabled by infrastructure.
- ANZ Market Expertise: Strong existing relationships with C-level and director level stakeholders across the ASX 200 company portfolio.
