About the role:

Based at our Head Office in Wesley Place, this newly created AI Applications Trainer role is your opportunity to lead the way in how Uniting AgeWell embraces the future of work. You'll design and deliver high‑impact training programs and learning resources that uplift digital capability, strengthen system adoption, and empower teams across the organisation to work smarter, not harder. As an AI Applications Trainer, you'll be at the forefront of our AI transformation—championing tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Chatbots, Teams, SharePoint, Heidi AI, and emerging AI-enabled features across our business systems. You'll turn complex technology into practical, confidence‑building learning experiences that make a real difference to how our staff work every day.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct training needs analysis aligned to portfolio and role requirements
  • Design and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and digital learning assets
  • Maintain training environments and demo data
  • Contribute to training communications, tips and updates

About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents and clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices. This is the place for you if you:

  • Experience delivering AI and digital productivity training across diverse audiences
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to build AI confidence and digital literacy
  • Hands on experience with AI and productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, chatbots, Teams and SharePoint; Heidi AI desirable
  • Ability to analyse AI adoption trends and inform targeted training activities
  • Experience designing, delivering and evaluating face to face and online training for technical and non technical audiences
  • Strong experience in systems training; clinical systems experience highly regarded
  • Experience within Aged Care and/or Health Care environments
  • Proven ability to develop high quality learning resources (QRGs, user guides, videos, demos, eLearning, FAQs)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and customer service skills
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

  • A current Working With Childrens Check card.*
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
