As the Consultant, Gen AI you will join the Group Marketing Emerging Technology team that's doubling down on delivering exceptional customer experiences through cutting-edge AI technology.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

Build Copilot AI cookbooks tailored for marketing use cases.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver GenAI solutions and pilots.
Ensure compliance with NAB's Model Risk Policy, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI standards.
Define and track KPIs for GenAI initiatives; optimise performance and user experience.
Support enablement and adoption for business teams on GenAI tools and Copilot usage.
Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and contribute to NAB's AI strategy roadmap.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

Previous experience in Marketing Technology with hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering).
Ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows and reusable assets.
Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, and compliance requirements preferred.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
Strong experience in prompt engineering.
