The Role

As our founding AI Engineer, you're a core member of a newly formed AI Value Creation team, reporting to the GM AI Value Creation. Your job is to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation pipelines that save real time across LK Group's Support Team and Brand Portfolio — and then keep building.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Designing and deploying AI agents natively within Anthropic's Claude platform
• Integrating AI services into existing business systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Building and maintaining automated workflow pipelines using n8n, Zapier, Make, and Shopify Flow
• Testing agents against real business scenarios and resolving edge cases before they go live
• Monitoring agent performance — reliability, latency, error rates — and keeping the standard high
• Building and maintaining a library of reusable prompt templates, workflows, and system instructions
• Writing clear technical documentation — README files, runbooks, integration guides — that others can actually follow
• Supporting responsible AI practices across every build — data privacy, accuracy, and quality control embedded from the start

This is a founding role. The infrastructure you build will define how AI gets done at LK Group.

Who We're Looking For

We want a builder — someone who comes alive when they're shipping, thinks in pipelines and agents, and has the engineering rigour to make things reliable and built to last.

You're the right fit if you:

• Have proven, hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems — what you've shipped matters more than how long you've been doing it
• Have production experience integrating large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Copilot) into real applications — not just consumer or chat use
• Are experienced with prompt engineering and LLM configuration: system prompts, tool use, multi-step chains, and output evaluation
• Have built production workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent — things that actually work in production, not just prototypes
• Have strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, and data pipelines
• Exercise strong engineering judgement — you choose the right tool, scope builds pragmatically, and debug systematically
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field — or have a portfolio that speaks for itself
