About the role:
We're reimagining the next generation of MYOB's experience. This experience is the intersection of AI, automation, insight and human behaviour and value come together to keep our customers in flow and doing that they love most when it comes to running their business.
As our Principal AI Experience Designer, you'll help us shape how our customers see, feel, and trust AI inside our products. You'll help us define and execute our AI experience Strategy along with the other Design Leaders. You will help lead the evolution of our UX, UI, and service patterns to build experiences that feel intelligent, human, and beautifully cohesive. You'll connect the dots between brand, product, data, and design systems to bring AI to life in ways that are useful, ethical, and distinctly MYOB.
