As a Specialist, Change & Embedment, you'll ensure change doesn't just land—but sticks—by enabling adoption, strengthening performance and embedding continuous improvement into everyday operations.

This a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney)

What You'll Do

• Drive the adoption and embedment of AI, digital and transformation initiatives across Retail Claims
• Translate complex transformation outcomes into practical, customer‑focused ways of working
• Partner closely with operational leaders to embed new capabilities, behaviours and processes
• Maintain a single view of change, sequencing initiatives to balance impact, capacity and readiness
• Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions to improve uptake and performance
• Use QA insights, adoption data and customer outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of learning, experimentation and continuous uplift across the claims environment

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in change management, embedment and operational uplift
• A proven ability to translate strategy into actionable, sustainable change
• Solid delivery discipline, including planning, risk, dependency and stakeholder management
• Analytical capability to interpret QA insights, adoption metrics and performance data
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in complex, operational environments (claims experience highly advantageous)
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Change management qualifications (essential) and Retail Claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential
