You will contribute and collaborate with highly diversified, cross-functional teams to solve real world-class data and business problems using a range of Data Science, Applied AI and Agentic AI methods, technologies, alongside innovative engineering techniques from computer science to drive data-driven decisions and customer outcomes.

Your impact

• Lead, drive and be part of enterprise‑grade Gen AI and ML machine learning, partnering closely with business, risk, engineering, platform, architecture and MLOps teams
• Guide the design and delivery of production‑ready Gen AI solutions, from experimentation through to deployment and monitoring
• Champion responsible AI practices, including explainability, risk management, model governance and ongoing performance oversight
• Balance strategic leadership with deep technical engagement, supporting decision‑making on complex AI design and trade‑offs
• Influence senior stakeholders by translating AI capability into tangible customer and business outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in data to enable fast and efficient sourcing, cleaning and preparation of large, complex data sets for model building and data science work.
• Complete tasks associated with deploying, monitoring and running machine learning models in production as part of MLOps, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in deployment and retraining.
• Understand and apply appropriate modelling and statistical techniques independently.
• Work with business and team members to propose and develop data science solutions to problems.
• Apply software engineering principles, including the software development life cycle (SDLC), and experience in key areas such as requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.

Tech and capability exposure

We're hiring across multiple levels ranging from Senior Associate Data Scientists, Chapter Leads and Principal Data Scientists. We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks, which means our data scientists are empowered and inspired to support a diverse group of customers and stakeholders, coming from diversified career backgrounds with various strengths and broad range of skillsets:

• Strong foundations in Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or Statistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in publications and writing scientific papers.
• Exposure to Gen AI / LLMs / Agentic workflows (hands-on or evolving)
• Experience with Python, SQL (and/or R)
• Understanding of experimentation, evaluation, and model performance
• Comfort working in production environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and risk teams

At Senior levels, you'll also:

• Lead complex problem spaces
• Mentor others and uplift capability
• Shape technical direction and best practices

We don't expect you to know everything, depth in some areas and curiosity to learn others is key.

• Python for ML and Gen AI development
• LLM frameworks, NLP pipelines, ML model development and monitoring
• Enterprise data platforms and large‑scale data environments
• Collaboration with MLOps teams and production pipelines
• Cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and modern AI / data stacks
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar is beneficial.
