We’re looking for a visionary Associate Director, AI Product Manager to lead AI-driven product innovation and strategy across the enterprise.

As an Associate Director of AI Products, you’ll drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered platforms and experiences that deliver measurable business impact. Acting as a bridge between technology, business, and customers, you’ll ensure AI solutions are ethical, scalable, and aligned with Optus’ strategic vision.

 

The day to day

As the Associate Director of AI Product, you will lead AI innovation efforts at Optus. Your duties will encompass:

  • Driving the AI strategy and product development for AI products, ensuring alignment with Optus Customer Service.
  • Leading multiple squads to develop brand new, enterprise-grade AI products.
  • Owning and prioritizing AI features and solutions to deliver customer value.
  • Providing quarterly business reviews of the AI portfolio and delivering committed value.
  • Driving thought leadership and developing AI experiences for Optus customers across all products.
  • Working with specialized AI partners to leverage capability and capacity to innovate.
  • Influencing and driving collaboration across various functions to promote an AI-first ethos.
