Lead data-driven transformation and AI-enabled outcomes across Energy & Resources.

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager / Director – Data & AI to join our Perth-based consulting team, leading high-impact engagements across the Resources & Energy sector.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role suited to a consulting professional who understands asset-intensive environments and can translate data, analytics, and AI into real operational and commercial value.

You will work closely with mining, oil & gas, energy, and utilities clients across Western Australia and nationally, delivering scalable data platforms and AI-enabled solutions that improve safety, productivity, reliability, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a Perth-based team of Data, Analytics, and AI consultants aligned to Resources & Energy clients.
• Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with mining, oil & gas, energy, and utilities organisations.
• Lead the design and delivery of Data & AI solutions supporting asset operations, production optimisation, maintenance, supply chain, ESG, safety, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to deliver data platforms, BI, advanced analytics, ML, and AI use cases in complex operational environments.
• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities across WA-based and national Resources & Energy clients.
• Lead proposals, client presentations, and commercial negotiations for Data & AI initiatives.
• Shape the strategy and growth of the Resources & Energy Data & AI consulting offering in WA.
• Provide oversight of delivery quality, risk, and financial performance, ensuring engagements meet margin and outcome expectations.
• Partner with other consulting and engineering service lines to deliver end-to-end transformation outcomes.
