As the Engagement Consultant, you will be part of the Data Delivery team, that's doubling down on customer obsession. Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Support the adoption and shaping the way NAB uses our data and capabilities by promoting the use of our strategic data platforms
• Support bringing the voice of the customer to the forefront for Data Delivery, ensuring the teams are guided by NAB's business and customer goals
• Working with business partners to shape and define business data reporting & analytics requirements
• Support a sustainable trusted partner/advisor model for the business engagement and manage relationships across the Data Delivery tam
• Maintain domain content for the Data Delivery engagement dashboard, inboxes and communication channels
• Delivery effective communication to business stakeholders on initiative objectives, need for change and rationale for proposed solutions

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Proven industry experience working in a similar Delivery and/or Senior Business Analyst role within the Data Domain in Financial Services.
• Demonstrated experience in project, change management and business analysis.
• Deep understanding of Domain Data sources
• Commercial acumen with an ability to intuitively find value and efficiency to shape solutions
• Demonstrated business awareness and commercial understanding of the Data, Technology and platforms
• Proven knowledge and understanding of data, source systems, cloud technologies, data and analytics and exposure to data platforms, programming tools and cloud services such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Redshift, AWS, Azure
• Strong stakeholder and influencing skills proven in complex context
