Our Corporate Operations Group Data & AI function enables the safe, transparent and effective use of data and artificial intelligence across Macquarie. The Data & AI Risk Insights team brings together information from across the organisation to build a clear, enterprise-wide view of data risk, supporting stronger risk management and informed decision-making at senior levels.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager in Data Risk Insights, you will lead the delivery of enterprise-level insights across data risk areas. You will bring together complex and varied inputs, apply structured analysis and use data and analytics to identify key themes, risks and opportunities. Your work will translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support senior stakeholders in prioritising and strengthening risk management practices.

What you offer
  • Experience in data risk, AI risk or Audit and broader non-financial risk disciplines
  • A strong ability to synthesise complex and varied information into clear, structured insights
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience applying structured analysis to identify themes and improvement opportunities
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, risk and technology teams.
