AI Automation Intern (3-Month Internship)

About the Opportunity 
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AI Automation Intern to join our partner organisations and help implement real-world automation solutions across sales, marketing, and customer service operations. 
This is a hands-on internship where you will work directly with AI Phone Agents, AI Chatbots, automation workflows, CRM systems, and no-code website & funnel builders. You will gain valuable experience implementing automation tools that businesses depend on to operate more efficiently and scale faster.

What You Will Learn 
During this internship, you will receive structured training and practical exposure in: 
AI & Automation Tools 

• AI Phone Agent configuration 
• AI Chatbot development (SMS, Website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) 
• Building automated SMS, email & voicemail workflows 
• Trigger-based lead nurturing sequences 

CRM & Pipeline Management 

• Contact management, segmentation, tagging 
• Creating sales pipelines 
• Managing multi-channel communication 

Websites & Funnel Development 

• Landing page and funnel building using no-code tools 
• Form integration & lead capture 
• Syncing funnels with CRM & automations 

Business Efficiency & Client Projects 

• Mapping business processes 
• Implementing end-to-end automation systems 
• Testing, optimisation & performance reporting 

This internship is designed to prepare you for roles in: 
AI Automation Specialist, CRM Administrator, Marketing Automation Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, Digital Systems Specialist, and more. 
  
Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in setting up CRM profiles, pipelines, and workflows 
• Build and configure AI chatbot flows 
• Configure AI Phone Agent scripts and call routing 
• Develop automated follow-up systems 
• Build landing pages and funnels using templates 
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimise automation systems 
• Produce documentation and reports for client projects 
• Participate in weekly mentorship and project meetings 

  
Ideal Candidate 
You will be a great fit if you have: 

• Interest in AI tools, automation, CRM systems, or digital workflows 
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail 
• Basic understanding of business processes or digital systems 
• Ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision 
• Strong communication and organisation skills 
• No prior experience required — full training provided 

Students and recent graduates from IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Software Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply.
