As part of the product support team, you'll be providing first-line technical and customer support to global clients.
  
You'll manage queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience as customers integrate the company's cutting-edge AI platform into their own environments.

What you'll be responsible for...
As the first point of contact for a customer seeking help, first impressions, swift action, and the pride of going above and beyond will be pivotal in this role.
  • You will be the first point of contact for client queries and technical support.
  • Manage tickets through to resolution, escalating promptly when needed
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers across multiple time zones
  • Build strong knowledge of the company's AI platform and use cases
  • Proactively contribute to process improvements and customer success outcomes
What you will bring to the role…
  • Your degree in a discipline that provides the foundation for working in artificial intelligence. (Think Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths…)
  • Your excellent communication, upbeat positivity and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A genuinely curious, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Positive energy and ability to thrive in a scale-up environment
The primary focus for success in this role will be maintaining a positive attitude and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
