Job description

Consultants can be very eloquent in describing their motivations for wanting a new job.

A few common ones:

“Too much communication overhead.”

“I’m just not a road warrior anymore.”

“Too much strategy, not enough execution.”

“I don’t have the politics to make Partner in me.”

If any of this resonates, please keep reading.

Typically, what happens is that a small percentage of consultants will move in house (or attempt to).

Most will move to a similar sized consultancy hoping that things will be better.

A smaller number end up moving to boutique consultancies and tend to do exceptionally well.

Greater autonomy, entrepreneurialism and earning potential.

Places where they get to do what they were trained to do but aren’t constrained by corporate culture.

We are recruiting for a private equity backed AI Consultancy.

They are currently sub-10 people (but it won’t stay that way for long).

They are also part of a broader portfolio of digital firms, so there is plenty of collaboration to be had.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond the traditional consulting model and craft compelling strategic work and execution.

The operating environment has limited-no bureaucracy and is much more of a meritocracy.

You’ll work with very experienced consultants, and they will help you to deepen your knowledge of AI and Automation.

Day to day:

Lead automation and AI-enabled business transformation engagements. Work directly with C-level stakeholders and senior executives to define strategic roadmaps. Drive business process analysis, solution architecture/design, and automation-led transformation. Contribute to thought leadership, product development, and go-to-market strategies.

Ideal Background:

Consulting: Big4/MBB/Tier 2/Boutiques (3-5+ years) Experience advising clients on AI, Analytics or Automation. Strong expertise in business process mapping, process design, and automation solutioning. Understanding of emerging technologies in AI, workflow automation, and ERP systems. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Here you’ll get to do good work with experienced forward-thinking people, without unnecessary obstacles.
