- 4+ years' experience in product management, consulting, strategy or a hybrid role.
- Experience defining or delivering software, data or AI-enabled products.
- Strong grasp of practical AI concepts and model behaviour (no need to be a data scientist).
- Confident working with technical topics such as APIs, data pipelines and integrations.
- Skilled in structured discovery, workflow analysis and converting insight into features.
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity for non-technical people.
- Strong systems thinker able to connect processes, data and user behaviour.
