The Opportunity

CBRE Pacific has an ambitious AI roadmap. This role makes it real. You will be the person on the ground, supporting the adoption strategy, delivering sessions, writing the communications, sitting with business teams to understand what's working and fixing what isn't. Less steering committee, more sleeves rolled up.

You will work with the business and across Operations, Digital & Technology, Legal and Compliance connecting the AI strategy to the people who need to live it every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving AI adoption across CBRE Pacific through collaboration sessions, communications, training, events and grassroots programs.
• Writing internal comms that make new AI tools and ways of working land with real people
• Organising and running knowledge sharing sessions and activation events that build genuine AI enthusiasm across the business
• Embedding yourself in business teams to understand barriers and remove them quickly
• Tracking adoption and feeding back to leadership on what's gaining traction and what needs work

About You

• Hands-on experience running programs that get people doing something new, not just aware of it
• Strong writer, you can make a complex tool feel simple and a dry announcement feel worth reading
• Comfortable running events, workshops and hackathons with energy and structure
• Experience with AI or technology rollouts in a large organisation is highly regarded
• A self-starter who gets on with it
