About the role:
The University of Canberra is seeking a dynamic and innovative Lecturer in Management to advance teaching and research in Human Resource Management (HRM), with a particular focus on the role and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across operational, administrative and strategic HR functions.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant education and research, exploring how AI transforms workforce planning, reskilling, recruitment, performance management, and employee experiences. This is a unique opportunity to position the School at the forefront of AI-driven human resource practices through impactful teaching, applied research, and engagement with industry.
