What role will you play?

As an Enablement Analytics Specialist, you'll strengthen how we measure, deliver, and scale enablement outcomes across the division. You'll uplift our skilling analytics service to provide decision‑grade reporting and clear metric definitions, while identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort through lightweight automation and reusable systems. You'll also partner with subject matter experts to design and facilitate enablement sessions, embedding structured feedback to continuously improve quality and impact.

What you offer

  • Experience in analytics, reporting, enablement operations, business analysis or a similar role within a corporate or technology environment
  • Experience using Power BI and SQL
  • A track record of turning ambiguous requests into structured outputs with defined outcomes and timelines
  • Strong prioritisation skills and comfort delivering minimum viable outputs to unblock decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including partnering with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
