We are seeking a Director Consulting Expert – (Artificial Intelligence) to lead strategic transformation engagements across data modernisation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. This senior leadership role calls for a leader who can combine executive presence with a collaborative, inclusive approach, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to guide meaningful outcomes.

You will partner closely with clients to design and implement enterprise-grade AI and data strategies—translating business vision into data-driven outcomes that create measurable value. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will bring confidence, empathy, and influence, shaping conversations and building strong, lasting relationships.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-scale AI and data transformation programs across strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to shape AI-driven business outcomes and long-term value.
• Bring a hands-on, supportive approach to solution design, architecture validation, and delivery guidance.
• Demonstrate authentic executive presence, building trust and influencing strategic conversations.
• Develop and implement enterprise data and AI strategies, including governance and ethical AI frameworks.
• Shape and deliver AI and ML initiatives, such as predictive analytics, generative AI adoption, automation, and intelligent decision support.
• Build and scale AI offerings, including reusable frameworks and industry solutions.
• Contribute to business growth through client engagement, opportunity shaping, and relationship building.
• Mentor and uplift teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven leadership in enterprise AI and data transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, engineering, governance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in AI/ML solution design or implementation.
• Expertise in AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI).
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Experience in developing and scaling consulting offerings and go-to-market solutions.
• Excellent business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on empowering others.
