We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - with an AI and CTP- General Insurance background.
Qualifications:
- Business Analyst background
- Experience in CTP, General Insurance and AI knowledge
- Experience in creating rule documentation for AI agent development
- Experience in validating and updating business rules
- Experience in Heuristic rules: ie translating rules into structured documentation for use by the Technical Business Analyst and Machine Learning Engineer
- Experience creating process documentation as required
- Experience in gathering and organising business artefacts for rule conversion.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions to capture business rules and processes.
