Help shape the future of Legal Data Intelligence at CBA

As Manager, eDiscovery Legal Data Intelligence, you will be part of the leadership team responsible for guiding a squad delivering both BAU and strategic product initiatives across Legal & Group Secretariat. This role combines leadership, legal technology, operational delivery and innovation. You will help develop capability across eDiscovery, AI-enabled legal workflows, analytics and consultative problem solving while partnering with stakeholders across Legal, Risk and Technology.

The squad capability model is designed to grow practitioners from strong eDiscovery foundations through to advanced Legal Data Intelligence specialists who can deliver strategic business value through technology and data-driven solutions.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Legal Data Intelligence squad
• Support delivery across BAU operations and strategic product initiatives
• Drive best practice use of RelativityOne and legal technology platforms
• Help embed AI and data-driven approaches into legal workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to solve complex legal and operational problems
• Contribute to capability uplift, innovation and operational excellence across the Squad

We're interested in hearing from people who have

Essential:

• Experience in eDiscovery, legal operations and Legal Data Intelligence
• Strong knowledge of RelativityOne and legal technology platforms
• Experience leading teams, projects or operational delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A practical and consultative problem-solving mindset

Highly regarded:

• Experience applying AI, analytics or automation within legal workflows
• Knowledge of information governance and defensibility principles
• Experience working in law firm, consultation or vender environments
• Exposure to product delivery or capability uplift initiatives
