Join our Automation & AI team, supporting the Corporate Operations Group as we deliver secure, scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions across Macquarie. You will help design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot Studio to reduce toil, modernise processes and improve user experience.

What role will you play?

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and supporting automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. You will develop and optimise workflows, modernise legacy automations, integrate systems and data sources, and create secure self-service solutions that improve business processes and knowledge access.

Working closely with architects, platform engineers, and business stakeholders, you will analyse process challenges, translate requirements into practical technical solutions, and deliver scalable, well-governed, and reusable automation capabilities.

What you offer

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and platform governance.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate and end-to-end business process automation.
• Experience developing AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or similar platforms.
• Skilled in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, APIs, enterprise applications, and external data sources.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, data modelling, security, and governance.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, version control, and development best practices.
• Understanding of Power Platform security, compliance, governance, and environment management
• Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Power Fx, JSON, and cloud integration patterns.
