The Head of Agentic Marketing will lead NAB’s development of AI‑native marketing capability, shaping how generative AI and agentic systems are embedded across the full marketing lifecycle.
This role is responsible for defining and delivering innovative AI‑driven marketing and media solutions that enhance performance, productivity, and efficiency—while ensuring alignment with NAB’s governance, risk, and regulatory obligations.

Each day, you will work closely with the Executive team to go above and beyond to:
Manage Strategy and Transformation
Define NAB’s vision and roadmap for agentic and AI-native marketing.
Support the redesign of marketing operating models and workflows using AI agents, orchestration, automation, with human-in-the-loop controls.
Identify and scale high-value AI use cases across the marketing lifecycle.
Manage Agentic Marketing Capability
Build and embed AI-enabled workflows across end to end campaign management, content generation, personalisation, experimentation, reporting, and optimisation.
Partner with technology teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, data, APIs, and marketing systems.
Drive the shift from static workflows to adaptive, context-aware marketing systems.
Manage Enterprise AI Enablement
Lead adoption of enterprise AI tools, copilots, assistants, and workflow automation platforms across marketing teams.
Develop enablement programs, standards, templates, and operating models that improve AI fluency and adoption at scale.
Help teams redesign work practices around effective human-AI collaboration.
Manage Governance and Risk
Ensure all AI-driven marketing activity aligns with NAB’s risk, privacy, legal, security, and regulatory obligations.
Establish governance, oversight, monitoring, and escalation frameworks for Marketing’s AI-enabled workflows and autonomous systems.
Partner closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.
Manage Value Delivery
Define and measure outcomes across productivity, speed-to-market, operational efficiency, customer engagement, personalisation, and adoption.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on emerging AI capabilities, platforms, and opportunities.
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Significant experience in marketing transformation, AI strategy, marketing technology, digital product, or enterprise transformation leadership.
Strong understanding of modern marketing ecosystems including CRM, decisioning, automation, analytics, experimentation, and customer journey platforms.
Proven experience driving enterprise-scale technology adoption and organisational change.
Deep interest in generative AI, agentic systems, autonomous workflows, and enterprise AI operating models.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder leadership capability
Experience operating in complex and/or highly regulated environments.
Financial services or regulated industry experience.
Experience with enterprise AI, orchestration, or marketing platforms such as Adobe, PEGA, Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic ecosystems.
Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise risk frameworks.
