Job Description

Camplify Holdings Limited (CHL) is seeking an Improvement Specialist with a keen interest in the application of AI, AI agents and the nexus of technology, CRM and business applications to improve our offerings to both external and internal customers.

This role would suit someone with a technical/engineering background or someone passionate about upskilling into this domain - and is integral in helping us leverage technology to generate outsized outcomes for the business. You will work closely with various teams to implement improvements that align with our mission of making outdoor adventures accessible through innovative technology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Guardian of data integrity and workflow automations within the Hubspot CRM and the Phone System (Aircall) for operational teams globally.

  • Create automations to gain standardised operational efficiencies around organising incoming tickets, emails and messages via request forms from different stakeholders.

  • Undertake research, process mapping and business/data analysis that will assist in identification of improvements 

  • Assist in operationalisation of new programs and systems including set up, configuration management, access management, writing of operational procedures and new processes, and training

  • Day to day maintenance and management of core systems, including FAQs, Livechat agents, Voice agents and CSAT. 

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business in cross functional teams

  • Work in a globally dispersed team to execute a common vision/goal.

Job Requirements

  • A keen interest in and practical experience with using AI, LLMs and Agentic AI applications to generate outsized outcomes

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive improvements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, specifically as a Super Admin for the Service Hub or implementing and optimising HubSpot Service Hub features is a plus
