We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a strong technology background in the banking, superannuation, and insurance industries to join our team as a Cloud and AI Solution Architect (CSA). In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead the technical relationship between Microsoft and our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of their Microsoft investments.

You’ll architect and deploy world-class cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, enabling customers to become AI-ready by applying scalable best practices from the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).

  • Maintain visibility in solution-specific communities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to share field insights.
Technical Leadership
  • Identify gaps and drive improvements in products, processes, and methodologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to scalable IP and frameworks.
  • Mentor peers and lead upskilling initiatives aligned with solution area and corporate priorities.
  • Represent Microsoft in internal and external technical forums, contributing to community engagement and brand elevation.
