The Opportunity

AI is one of the biggest opportunities in our F27-F30 strategy, but success isn't about deploying more technology. It's about helping people work smarter, removing friction from everyday processes, and turning AI potential into meaningful business outcomes.

As our AI Enablement & Adoption Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of business, people and technology. Working across The Arnott's Group, you'll partner closely with teams to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, reduce administrative burden, and embed practical AI solutions that create measurable impact.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence how AI is adopted across the organisation, helping our people build confidence, capability and new ways of working that deliver lasting value.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and translate them into practical AI and automation solutions.
• Help teams simplify work, reduce manual effort and improve productivity through the effective use of AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Shape and prioritise AI opportunities, ensuring efforts are focused on areas that deliver meaningful business value.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for Digital & Technology teams and delivery partners.
• Build AI literacy and capability through coaching, workshops, playbooks and role-based learning.
• Establish and sustain ambassador networks, learning communities and adoption programs that encourage ongoing engagement.
• Support responsible AI adoption by partnering with Digital & Technology, Legal, Risk and People & Culture teams to embed appropriate governance and safeguards.
• Measure adoption and outcomes, helping demonstrate the value AI is creating across the business.

What Success Looks Like

In your first six months, you'll have:

• Established a clear process for identifying and prioritising AI opportunities.
• Helped teams reduce administrative effort and improve the way work gets done.
• Built a pipeline of valuable AI and automation initiatives ready for delivery.
• Increased capability and confidence across priority business functions.
• Launched sustainable adoption programs, communities and learning pathways.
• Created clear visibility of adoption, engagement and value outcomes.

About You

You're a pragmatic consultant, transformation leader or digital enablement specialist who enjoys solving business problems and helping people embrace change.

You'll bring:

• Experience in consulting, transformation, business improvement or digital enablement.
• Practical experience applying AI, automation or digital tools to solve real business challenges.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
• The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Experience leading capability, adoption or change initiatives that drive lasting behavioural change.
• Commercial acumen and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• An understanding of Responsible AI, governance and enterprise technology environments.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, generative AI or large-scale business transformation programs will be highly regarded.
