What you'll do

You'll build automations that eliminate decision fatigue and repetitive work. You'll work with our existing automation stack, improve it, and create new ones. Most of our internal processes run on AI and automation—you'll make them better.

What we need

• Experience building automations (preferably with n8n, Python, LangChain, or similar)
• Comfortable working with AI tools and APIs
• Ability to see a manual process and automate it
• Problem-solving skills—you find ways to make things work
• Keep at least one AI tool tab open at all times (this is how we work)

Location & Work Arrangement

We're remote across Australia, but if you're willing to relocate or already are in Sydney, NSW, we'd want you to come in person 1-2 days a week to collaborate with the team.
