What's the role?

This role performs analyst, engineer and AI functions to support current Creator Hub Users, Advanced Analytics and Adhoc Analytics application users on the new data platform (ADAPT), ensuring Users can onboard and use the new applications. The successful candidate will work with a variety of users and business areas on a day-to-day basis in a customer centric team delivering access to the ADAPT platform, playing a critical role in the adoption of it.

The role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with Lab Owners and Users to understand requirements to provision discovery labs and deliver services.
• Support onboarding of discovery labs and their users.
• Actively monitor and service user requests related to ADAPT and our analytics applications.
• Triage and support the resolution of service requests, issues, incidents and problems on the platform.

What do I need?

• Good written and oral communication abilities.
• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in one or more coding languages (SQL, Python) and data processing.
• Use of AI productivity tool.
• Experience implementing solutions on Azure ML, Synapse, and Azure AI Services, or relevant Azure certification, would be a nice to have as well.
