We're building a brand-new in-house AI function to transform how we work, sell, and serve our customers. From data science and engineering to Power Platform development, you'll help design and deliver intelligent, automated solutions that make a real impact.
 
As a Data Scientist, you'll design, train, and evaluate machine learning models that turn data into actionable insights, driving smarter decisions and automation across the business. 
 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Build and enhance ML models, ensuring actionable insights and integrating new AI approaches.
  • Deploy models, embed outputs into workflows, and manage CI/CD, versioning, and rollback.
  • Track model performance, costs, uptime, and maintain documentation for transparency.
  • Work with SMEs, data engineers, and developers to ensure accurate outputs and identify new ML opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry, therapeutic areas, and company knowledge.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and report hazards to maintain a safe workplace. 
Skills & Experience:
  • Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data exploration with Spark SQL and Pandas.
  • Experienced with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Skilled in building ML models for classification, regression, RAG, and NLP use cases.
  • Deployed production ML models, managing versioning, rollback, and monitoring.
  • Embedded model outputs into workflows for actionable insights and business impact.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Life Sciences; holds a relevant degree and Azure Data Scientist certification.
