Full Time Opportunity

As Engineering Manager – AI Platform, you’ll lead a high-performing team building the foundation for scalable, secure, and ethical AI across Greenstone. You’ll shape and deliver internal tools — from prompt orchestration and model monitoring to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) — enabling product teams to safely embed Generative AI.

Partnering closely with Product, Data, Risk, and Architecture, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivery, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Duties:

• Deliver reusable AI tooling: model registries, prompt managers, eval frameworks
• Champion technical excellence and responsible AI in production
• Build and mentor a team of engineers, fostering accountability and growth
• Own platform metrics, performance, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on risk, security, and business outcomes
  

What are we looking for?

• Typically 7+ years in software engineering, incl. experience in leading delivery teams
• Strong cloud-native experience (AWS preferred); modern dev practices
• Experience building/integrating AI/ML pipelines (esp. GenAI / RAG / LLMs)
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, vector DBs
• Exposure to AI observability, model lifecycle mgmt, inference infra
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement experience
• Bonus: Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, application security or platform enablement
