Newly created role for this leading Private Equity backed National Group, comprised of 7 Brands.

As AI Lead you will be responsible for leading the Design and Deployment of AI Tools across the separate Brands, driving the adoption of these Business Users and Process Redesign across existing Business Processes. You will also report on key productivity metrics to C-level stakeholders within the rands as well as to the Private Equity stakeholders.

You must have Business Advisory experience gained from a Big 4 Consultancy or Tier 1 Management Consultancy. You must have experience of embedding modern AI Tools and Automation into businesses, with a track record of being able to identify where these tools can add value as well as report on Productivity.

This is not a Technical IT implementation role, the key focus is your ability to own the Productivity outcome and effectively engage and advise C-Level stakeholders.
