As a Consultant, Tooling & Innovation, you'll be part of the Digital Sales team, helping shape how work gets done across the function. Combining process improvement, technology, governance and innovation, you'll identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency and introduce new tools and AI-enabled solutions that help teams deliver better outcomes.

Working closely with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Technology, Risk and Compliance, you'll play a key role in driving capability uplift and embedding smarter ways of working.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Analyse and optimise processes, workflows and ways of working to reduce cycle times, remove inefficiencies and improve delivery velocity
  • Identify, prioritise and implement process improvement, automation and AI-enabled innovation opportunities
  • Evaluate tooling, technologies and workflow solutions, balancing business value, feasibility, risk and customer experience considerations
  • Design and implement solutions that streamline work, reduce manual effort and improve productivity
  • Partner with process owners to understand risks, controls and compliance obligations and identify improvement opportunities
  • Document, maintain and govern operational processes, frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Collaborate with squads, capability teams and stakeholders to solve workflow challenges and embed improved ways of working
  • Develop reusable assets, templates and frameworks that improve scalability and operational effectiveness
  • Measure and communicate the impact of tooling, automation and innovation initiatives, ensuring tangible business value is realised
  • Work closely with Technology, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure solutions are sustainable, compliant and aligned to enterprise standards
  • Identify emerging technologies and best-practice approaches that can enhance Digital Sales performance and capability
  • Support organisational change activities to drive adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • 7+ years' experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, governance or operational optimisation, ideally within digital, marketing or financial services environments
  • Demonstrated experience assessing, implementing and optimising digital tools, platforms, workflows and automation solutions
  • Experience identifying and deploying AI-enabled solutions to improve operational effectiveness and productivity
  • Strong process analysis, process engineering and governance capability
  • Experience documenting and improving complex business processes and operating models
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working across large, complex organisations and influencing a diverse stakeholder group
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on customer, commercial and operational outcomes
  • Experience using process mapping and optimisation tools such as Signavio or similar platforms
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Operations or a related discipline
  • LEAN Six Sigma, BPM, BPMN, Process Excellence, Change Management or AI-related certifications highly regarded
