About the Role

We are seeking a Foundation Model Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on developing and deploying foundational industrial models that support operational decision-making. You will contribute to building reliable, production-grade AI systems for real-world industrial environments. This role is suited for someone who wants to work on meaningful problems where models need to perform under real constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate foundation models into industrial workflows
• Build systems that combine structured and unstructured data
• Design retrieval and context systems for operational use
• Work on pipelines that connect text, time-series, and system data
• Improve performance, latency, and reliability of deployed systems
• Collaborate with engineering and domain teams

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or deep learning
• Strong understanding of transformer-based models
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks
• Experience building production-grade systems
• Experience working with unstructured data such as logs or documents
• Strong software engineering fundamentals

Preferred Experience

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Experience building systems beyond prototypes
• Exposure to enterprise or industrial data systems
• Understanding of scalable system design
