We are seeking an AI Operations & Knowledge Administrator to join our AI and Automation team, reporting to the Head of IT and Security.
About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining the organisation's knowledge base and supporting the day-to-day operation of AI agents and automation workflows.
You will ensure knowledge is accurate, properly structured, and optimised for both internal teams and AI systems, while also monitoring and supporting automation performance.
