We are seeking an AI Operations & Knowledge Administrator to join our AI and Automation team, reporting to the Head of IT and Security.
About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining the organisation's knowledge base and supporting the day-to-day operation of AI agents and automation workflows.
You will ensure knowledge is accurate, properly structured, and optimised for both internal teams and AI systems, while also monitoring and supporting automation performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the company knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and proper structure
- Ensure knowledge content is reviewed, governed, and aligned with organisational standards
- Monitor and support AI agents and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot operational issues within AI and automation systems
- Configure and optimise knowledge structures to support AI performance
- Track and report on AI and knowledge system performance
About You
You will have experience in a systems, operations, knowledge management, or AI support role, and be comfortable working with internal platforms and automation tools.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience administering knowledge bases or internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience supporting automation tools, workflows, or AI platforms
- Ability to work across technical and business teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or conversational AI is highly regarded.
