Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two-year program provides experience across diverse projects through four structured rotations, giving you exposure to Information Systems, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Working on technology driven initiatives that support business outcomes, you will gain hands on experience delivering innovative solutions, analysing and interpreting data, improving systems and processes, and solving real world business challenges. Along the way, you'll develop valuable technical, commercial, and professional skills, accelerating your transition from university to the professional world.

In just two years, you'll gain hands on experience across data analytics, information systems, and artificial intelligence, developing practical skills in data analysis, reporting, visualisation, systems implementation, and AI enabled solutions. Working with industry standard tools and technologies, you'll help solve real business challenges, deliver innovative technology driven solutions, and contribute to projects that create meaningful business impact fast tracking your transition from university to the professional world.

Supported by senior mentors and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way as you gain real workexperience and make a real impactacross the communities and industries we serve.

To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
• Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process, system, and solution improvements.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
