The Senior Advisory AI Foundry Architect role at ServiceNow is focused on designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions using the ServiceNow AI Platform. This position requires deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, enterprise architecture, and the ServiceNow platform to help customers leverage AI capabilities across their workflows and business processes.
As a Senior Advisory AI Foundry Architect, you will work with customers to understand their business challenges and design innovative AI-powered solutions that drive transformation. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations adopt AI technologies and maximize the value of their ServiceNow investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect enterprise AI solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform
- Lead customer engagements to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide thought leadership on AI/ML best practices and ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering
- Develop architectural frameworks and reference architectures for AI implementations
- Guide customers through AI adoption journeys and digital transformation initiatives
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and ServiceNow platform innovations
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the broader technical community
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CTA, or similar)
- Experience with AI platforms and frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
