As our Head of AI Capabilities, you’ll turn smart ideas into everyday wins for customers and teams. You’ll spot the high-impact problems, pilot solutions, and scale what works fast, responsibly, and with measurable results.

You will be accountable for:

Platform, Architecture & Standards

• Define and maintain AI platform architecture, patterns and technical standards.
• Build reusable AI components, services and capabilities for enterprise use.
• Ensure the platform supports agentic workflows, automation and high-value use cases.

Guardrails, Quality & Observability

• Implement and maintain technical guardrails, model quality controls and monitoring.
• Ensure observability across models, workflows and agentic behaviours.

Integration & Interoperability

• Ensure seamless integration with IT systems, data platforms and operational workflows.
• Maintain interoperability and multi-provider flexibility across AI tools and models.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Work with IT, Data, AI Enablement and AI Labs to support solution delivery at scale.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and best-practice frameworks to delivery teams.

Team & Vendor Leadership

• Lead the AI Capabilities team and uplift internal capability.
• Manage technical partners and vendors to accelerate delivery and maintain quality.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Experience owning or leading AI/ML platforms or enterprise AI capabilities.
• Strong technical skills across AI, ML, data engineering and system integration.
• Experience building scalable, secure and reliable AI services.
• Ability to establish standards, patterns and reusable components.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
