Job Description
Data, Product and Tech Enterprise plays a pivotal role in the digital value chain, empowering Nine’s future with enterprise products and platforms that deliver user centred data, technology and insights. This drives consumer engagement, revenue growth and operational excellence across Nine’s integrated audience platform.

The delivery team is a crucial cross-functional team, working collaboratively with other areas of the Enterprise, Consumer, product, technology and data teams to manage the planning, execution and support of features and projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and meet user needs.

The Senior Delivery Manager for AI Acceleration is a dedicated role responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of the Data and AI team's projects and product features. The role is crucial for managing the planning, execution, and support of AI-related initiatives, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, meet user needs and drive value for Nine.

Day to day you will:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI projects and product features.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple squads, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments and obstacles to team progress, effectively managing inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies.
  • Monitor and report on project and product feature progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in delivery management, fostering an environment of efficiency and predictability.
  • Focus on the needs of the delivery squads, ensuring they are empowered and supported to achieve their goals.
  • Develop delivery and project plans, ensuring appropriate levels of governance and coaching teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What you'll bring; Essential qualifications, experience & skills
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in end-to-end project and feature delivery within Data & AI portfolios.
  • Proficiency in managing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including for cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of the SDLC.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence, align diverse groups, and resolve complex dependencies and impediments.
  • Demonstrated experience in championing best practices, continuous improvement, and driving maturity in agile delivery practices.
  • Proficient at both big-picture thinking and detailed plan execution.
  • Appropriate project management or agile methodology qualifications.
  • Experience in the media industry or data driven organisations.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, Agentic AI (LLM’s RAG, prompt engineering) and Machine learning concepts.
