The Role We are seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Recruitment Consultant – Cybersecurity & AI who blends strong foundational recruitment skills with a keen ability to leverage AI-driven strategies. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—balancing traditional sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate engagement with cutting-edge AI tools and analytics to attract and retain top tech talent.

What You’ll Do ? 
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across diverse IT roles in cybersecurity, AI, and data science. 
  • Utilize traditional sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals alongside AI-powered platforms including HireEZ, SeekOut, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold.ai, and Entelo to build high-quality talent pipelines. 
  • Enhance candidate engagement and scheduling efficiency using AI chatbots (e.g., Paradox Olivia, XOR, Mya) and automated interview coordination tools. 
  • Apply AI-enabled resume screening and behavioral analysis tools to support unbiased, data-driven hiring decisions while maintaining the human touch during interviews and candidate interactions. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, provide timely updates, and tailor recruitment strategies to evolving business goals. 
  • Contribute to seamless onboarding by integrating AI-powered workflows and virtual assistants, ensuring new hires have an excellent entry experience. 
  • Support ongoing employee development by implementing AI learning and upskilling platforms such as Pluralsight Flow, Coursera for Business, Degreed, EdCast, and LinkedIn Learning to foster continuous growth.
What We’re Looking For ? 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within IT or technology sectors including cybersecurity, AI, and data science. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in traditional recruitment methods coupled with practical knowledge of AI recruitment technologies like HireEZ, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and others. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with empathy and candidate-centric practices. 
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging emerging HR technologies while respecting tried-and-tested recruitment fundamentals.
