We’re looking for someone to:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems across the Reece ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate and implement machine learning algorithms for tasks such as forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and NLP.
• Enable AI and ML knowledge and capability across the team and wider business
• Support the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with data governance standards.

About you

The skills and experience that would fit well in this role are:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI models in production environments.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML).
• Hands-on experience with LLM and agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK)
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake).
• Experience working with Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, Kubernetes or n8n would be favourable.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
