What You'll Be Doing:

As a Data Scientist, you will transform business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and deliver measurable value. Working within a people-centric, growth-minded environment, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to develop, deploy, monitor and continuously improve statistical and machine learning models. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end data science lifecycle, applying sound technical judgement, reproducible practices and commercial thinking to solve meaningful problems while empowering teams to make better decisions and drive business outcomes.

What We're Looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning or statistical models in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in statistics, predictive modelling, and data preparation, with a disciplined approach to model validation and a focus on delivering tangible business value.
  • Proven ability to write high-quality, scalable, and reproducible code, with a strong emphasis on version control, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into meaningful business insights, clearly communicating outcomes, trade-offs, and areas of uncertainty to diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated and commercially minded professional who brings a collaborative approach, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
  • Experience with at least one modern data and cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), as well as AI code-assist tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex), and exposure to MLOps practices including model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management.
