About Microsoft
Microsoft ANZ is on a mission to empower every organisation across Australia and New Zealand to achieve more—driving innovation, economic growth, and societal impact in an AI-first era. A cornerstone of this mission is enabling organisations to unlock the full potential of their people and processes through secure, compliant, and governed AI. Microsoft has long been the trusted partner for workplace transformation with Microsoft 365 and Teams. As we move into the next phase of AI, Microsoft is uniquely positioned to lead the market with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and an ecosystem of AI Agents that are reshaping how work gets done.
Looking ahead to FY27, Microsoft is helping customers move beyond productivity gains to true organisational transformation—where Agentic AI systems augment employees, automate business processes, and redefine workforce models. This transformation is underpinned by Microsoft's leadership in security, compliance, sovereignty, and governance, ensuring customers can adopt AI safely at scale. With innovations across Agent orchestration, Copilot extensibility, and AI governance frameworks (A365 Governance), Microsoft is enabling customers—across ANZ—to become AI-powered organisations that are resilient, compliant, and globally competitive.
About the role
To accelerate this transformation, we are seeking a Senior AI Workforce Specialist to lead strategic engagements across Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector. This role sits at the intersection of AI Workforce and AI Business Process—helping customers reimagine how work is done by combining Copilot, AI Agents, and intelligent process automation into cohesive, scalable solutions. The Specialist will lead with insight, creativity, and commercial acumen—partnering with customers to design and deliver Agentic solutions that transform employee productivity, decision-making, and end-to-end internal business processes. You will play a critical role in helping customers move from experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption, ensuring solutions are built on a foundation of governance, security, and data sovereignty, aligned to industry and regulatory requirements. You don't need to be an AI expert from day one— Microsoft provides the platform, training, and specialist support. Your strength will be in building trusted relationships, asking the right questions, and helping customers translate ideas into outcomes.
