Position Overview

We are looking for a junior Graphic Designer to support our Head of Creative Operations across a wide range of design and presentation tasks. You will frequently liaise with senior executives, along with other internal team members.

This role requires a high degree of technical competency and creativity, and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. You must be highly organised and passionate about good design that conveys professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and format PowerPoint presentations to a high professional standard, for both “leave behind” presentations and powerful, impactful live and onscreen presentations
• Clean up, structure, and visually optimise Word documents
• Uphold and enforce branding guidelines across all internal and external materials
• Produce supplementary graphic design assets as required

Requirements

• Fluency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and template creation (animating PowerPoints for live onscreen presentations is an advantage)
• Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, and email signatures
• A positive, can-do work ethic
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
