We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML engineering.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI., LLM, RAG and Agentic AI
