We are seeking a dynamic Industry Leader to join our Consulting Leadership team and shape the future of our clients across the Data & AI sector. This senior role is designed for proven consulting professionals who can set the industry agenda, build trusted executive relationships, and drive meaningful transformation.

What you'll do:

• As a senior leader in our Consulting Leadership team, shape the strategic agenda in your sector and drive growth through technology, innovation, and transformation.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with C-suite executives, leveraging your network and expertise to open doors, create opportunities, and deliver long-term impact.
• Lead complex, large-scale programs that address industry disruption, regulatory change, new business models, and digital innovation.
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing deep industry insights and helping clients solve their most pressing challenges.
• Represent NRI in the market through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and active participation in key industry forums.
• Tap into the industry ecosystem of partners and products to create compelling future business models.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Significant leadership experience in management consulting, ideally at Partner, Director or Principal level
• Data & AI expertise with ability to build a team and a practice
• A well-established industry network, with the credibility and connections to influence senior stakeholders and win work
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of technology-enabled transformation (digital, data/analytics, sustainability, operating model change).
• Natural leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to energise and build capability in teams
• Recognition as a trusted voice or thought leader in your industry
