About the role

As the AI Integration Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming People and Culture service delivery at UNE. This pivotal role will see you leading the identification, design, and implementation of innovative artificial intelligence and automation solutions. You will act as a crucial link between HR operations and technology, translating business needs into practical solutions that streamline processes, reduce administrative tasks, and enhance data accuracy.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be a forward-thinking professional with a passion for leveraging technology to improve workplace processes. You will have a strong background in implementing AI and automation solutions, ideally within an HR or professional services environment, and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
