FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key engagement focused on building complex AI solutions. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants. Australian Citizenship is essential due to security clearance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead development on a Google AI Summarisation tool for real-time audio transcripts

  • Leverage Google Gemini and Agent Assist within a hybrid architecture environment

  • Support the delivery of critical contact centre initiatives and key milestones

  • Assist with a custom-built Orchestration Engine using .NET Core

  • Interface with IVR and CRM systems to manage complex business logic events

  • Ensure seamless routing of audio from on-premise systems to SaaS AI solutions

  • Operate within a hybrid delivery environment utilising Agile and Waterfall methods

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong backend development experience in .NET Core and C#

  • Solid understanding of gRPC and SIPREC voice traffic protocols (desireable)

  • Experience with containerisation tools such as Podman or Docker (desireable)

  • Australian Citizenship is essential due to security clearance requirements

  • Eligibility to obtain or hold a Baseline or NV1 security clearance

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud AI, Gemini API, or similar AI technologies

  • Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
